George Hernandez has been in the insurance and restoration business since 1998 and has owned several businesses relating to that industry.
George started working at Travelers Insurance as a customer service representative and during his tenure moved up into management as a Unit Manager. George’s concentration was in Residential Property Claims and was a member of the Travelers Insurance Storm Response Team. In 2004 George left Travelers and began his career as a Project Manager for a ServiceMaster franchise. George’s ultimate goal was to be an independent business owner, and in 2005 he purchased his first SERVPRO franchise. He purchased his second franchise in 2007 and sold both franchises in 2012.
George kept the parent company open and started a construction and remodeling company as a subsidiary. He ran this company for four years and sold it in 2016 when he joined the PuroClean team as a Regional Director. During his time at PuroClean he has assisted in the launch of Commercial Operations and is also responsible for the relationship between PuroClean and Signal Restoration.

Sherri Spohn started her restoration career in 2010 when she was hired by a South Florida PuroClean franchise location to focus on their sales and marketing efforts. Sherri was then given the opportunity to join the Business Development Department at the Home Office in 2019 as a Business Development Director, with a focus on commercial sales.
Sherri was promoted in July of 2022 to Director of Sales and Franchise Growth, a new role within the company that focuses on expanding our organizational sales strategy while working directly with Franchise Owners and their business development representatives.
Additionally, Sherri works with Franchise Owners with a hands-on approach on how to immerse themselves into their local markets to build strong relationships that will drive continual organic revenue to their business.
