 I am thrilled to see so many familiar faces—and some new ones—here beautiful Muskoka, Ontario. This year marks another incredible milestone for our franchise network, not only surpassing the 60-location mark across Canada, but continuing to grow, innovate, and lead the property restoration industry nationwide.

The theme of this year’s conference, “The Ripple Effect – What Will Your Impact Be,” couldn’t be more fitting. Each of you, as leaders in your offices and communities, has the ability to create a ripple that extends far beyond your own business. Whether it’s how you guide your team, support your peers, or respond to the challenges and opportunities in our industry, every action you take influences not just your own success, but the success of the entire PuroClean Canada network.

Over the past year, we’ve seen this ripple effect in action. Locations mobilized to support relief efforts across provinces, expanded service offerings, and embrace new strategies for growth—all while maintaining the highest standards of service. Your leadership, creativity, and dedication have not only strengthened your individual businesses, but have reinforced the resilience, reputation, and impact of our network as a whole.

Over the next few days, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in intentional leadership workshops, hear from industry experts, and connect with peers who share your commitment to growth and excellence. I encourage you to reflect on your own impact—ask questions, share your experiences, and consider the ways your decisions ripple through your team, your community, and across the entire PuroClean network.
